All were in evidence in Consett tonight. And a great time was had by all. So don't miss out on the fun which starts tomorrow again at 10.00 a.m. and has Santa in his grotto in the Derwent Centre. This must be the real Santa because he's FREE!
Get yourself to Consett Middle Street Consett 6.30 tonight for the lights switch on, and then again for tomorrow's fun and games at the Christmas Market. The Christmas tree and lights switch on comes with entertainment, hot refreshments, music from Salvation Army Band and carol singing led by Consett Citizens Choir. Characters from the CBS Musical and Stage Society will be attending to officially switch on the Christmas lights.
